Session Days & Times Price

Level 1 

(2 days per week)

  • Tuesday and Thursday
    • 10:30 am, 12:00 pm

Level 2

(2 days per week)

  • Tuesday and Thursday
    • 9:00 am, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm

Level 2

(3 days per week)

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    • 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm

Level 3

(3 days per week)

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • 9:00 am, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm

Athletes will need to contact Coach Pat O'toole to be assessed and slotted into which level and time is appropriate. 


Other times

If you have an athlete that is interested in joining the program but has a difficult schedule that doesn't seem to fit any of the times offered let us know and we can work with you.

If interested in attending  !

  • Level 3- Experience in sport performance training- over 13 years old
  • Level 2- Some experienced in sports performance training- intro to full program
  • Level 1- No experience needed, between ages of 11-13 years old-intro to sports performance training
